Our Teachers
Tania Melkonian
Tania had been practicing yoga for about seven years when she decided to deepen her practice and share the power of yoga for personal transformation by becoming a teacher. A dancer and lover of movement, she also teaches Zumba.
Her training emphasized alignment principles, which lead Tania to teach with an overall eye to helping students develop safe and solid practices that they can continue to deepen for years to come. When she is not on her mat, Tania is a Chef/Nutritionist writes about food. Her writing has appeared online and in Natural Awakenings Magazine. She is also a culinary educator and is working on a book with collaborating partner, Sayer Ji, with whom she co-founded www.EATomology.com and delivers Edible Education Experiences, where healthy, delicious food is prepared, consumed and discussed.
Miranda Paiva
Cesar Rios
Cesar Rios is a devoted student of yoga.
He is drawn to yoga as a natural progression from the professional dance world, martial arts and Tai-Chi. His love of movement and meditation drew him to begin his Yoga journey about three years ago. He has studied different systems yoga including vinyasa, power yoga, hatha yoga, and classical yoga.
His desire to deepen his practice led him to become a yoga instructor in 2010.
Saige Silverman
Saige is a tea-drinkin', yoga lovin', self-proclaimed dance beast, who calls Elements her yoga home.
She teaches hooping, bellydance, yoga, and will ramble about wellness topics and mind/body often.
She went to school for a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, and then went to Yoga Fox College of Delray Beach, FL.
She is a RYT-200 and an ACSM certified personal trainer.
If she isn't inside somewhere teaching a class, you'll find her playing outside.
