Elements Yoga was founded on the belief that yoga should be available, accessible, and affordable for everyone. For that reason, Elements Yoga’s instructors offer free and donation-only classes and workshops in the studio and throughout the community. We believe that it is only by offering all we do in service that we can truly enact change and impact ourselves and the community through positive example, interaction, word, thought, and deed. Elements Yoga also believes in giving back to the earth. For this reason, if you’d like to bring in your own re-usable mug for your tea, you can leave it in the studio for your next visit. If you have plastic shopping bags clogging up cabinet space, bring them in and we’ll use them as waste bin liners throughout the studio. We will always accept donations of clothing and household items and take them to St. Matthew’s House . Once monthly, we make a trip to the Animal Refuge Center of North Ft. Myers to bring donations of pet food, toys, sheets, towels, and other items on their list. Oh, and we also go to play with the animals. If you have any charities that you hold near and dear to your heart, let us know and we'll arrange a benefit or fundraiser for it! We are open to suggestions about ways we can continue to serve you and the community!
