This is the philosophy of Elements Yoga. Founder and Instructor Erika Cooper has designed Elements Yoga for you. Providing you the place and the space to explore and further your practice. Her classes are based in the roots of Yoga and she shares her knowledge openly with her students. A typical class can include, mantra, chants, readings and enjoyable lessons on the history of Yoga and Sanskrit.
